Live and Laugh Life to its Fullest

The years of our lives are remembered like seconds in a minute of reminiscence as we age. Where did time go? What would I do differently? Does it matter? There is no way to get time back or to experience again the temporary pilgrimage we traveled in this life. Therefore, focus must be upon the present and future. The questions become how do we make the present better than what we experienced in our past and how do we make the future better than today?

The idea of “better” becomes a state of mind resulting in new perceptions and the embrace of contentment with life being lived now and in the future.  It is all dependent upon where we choose to focus our emotion and attention. There is no point in time or experience that a state of contentment cannot replace what is experienced today. We must want it enough to do whatever it takes to change our present experience and embrace our future. In doing so “there is a peace that is beyond human understanding” to be experienced.

Timely focus is the key! Where we chose to focus our attention is what will affect our perceptions and how we think about our individual experiences and the unique world that is our life. It begins by letting go and cherishing every second of every minute of every hour of every day that is ours to embrace life and live it to its fullest. Focus on this time not last time!

Today is a new day with new possibilities and new experiences to make the most of. Take advantage of what is left and lies ahead! Do not live in the past, it is already gone!  Create something better. Create new meaning with new experiences resulting in a fresh understanding about what it means to LIVE!

Tame the time thief. Do not allow time to be wasted. Do not allow the time thief to rob future precious times and wonders that are present to enjoy. Do not let the time thief take another moment and turn it into a past that redirects focus from the here and now and tomorrow. Tame time instead of letting time torment by keeping previous years in the present. Live again! Time belongs to us and we need to make the most wonderful monuments experienced so far! How?  You ponder. Too easy…………
