Rates
- $125.00 per 50-minute session billed to insurance.
- $75.00 If paid by paypal or credit card
- I will bill you and you can pay by credit card through my financial assistant.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Currently, We accept:

Medicaid

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have a Co-Pay?
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Remember...... if you use insurance you create a paper trail with a DSM V diagnosis.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
All major credit cards accepted for payment thru PayPal. Make your payment at the "make payment" tab if you are not using insurance after you schedule an appointment. If you are using insurance I will bill your insurance provider after services are rendered.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
